All registrants must be 18 years or older
The Event Organizer cannot register anyone under the age of 18. This applies to all participants, including Exhibitors, Talent, Advertisers, Sponsors, Guests, and Attendees. This is a zero-tolerance policy.

 

 

EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Access and Identification:

  • No one will be admitted into any area of the event without a valid badge and wristband.

  • Badges and wristbands are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Badges and wristbands must be picked up onsite with valid ID.

  • Only attendees 18 years or older with valid identification will be admitted to the event and served alcoholic beverages.

  • Video recording of seminars and workshops is prohibited without prior permission from the Event Organizer.

  • Still photography is allowed during the event.

  • By attending, participants consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or film taken during the event for promotional purposes.

Liability Waiver:

  • The Event Organizer, venue, and event sponsors are not liable for damages, actions, claims, costs, or other expenses, including personal injury, death, or property damage, that may occur during the event.

  • The Event Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or access to the event at any time, for any reason.

Changes to Event Details:

  • The event date and location are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to attendees at least one day in advance. By purchasing tickets, attendees agree to these terms and understand that event dates and locations may be adjusted.

 

 

COPYRIGHT

Reproduction, demonstration, transmission, rental, or loan of the website or parts of it is prohibited without consent.

 

 

DISCLAIMER

  • The Event Organizer reserves the right to change the website content, add or delete information, and temporarily or permanently shut down the website.

  • The Event Organizer holds all copyright and digital image rights for all content.

  • The Event Organizer does not take responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the information on the website and is not liable for damages arising from its use.

  • The Event Organizer has no influence over the content or setup of third-party websites linked to our website. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for the content of linked websites.

 

 

AFFILIATION AND ADVERTISING POLICY

  • The promotion or affiliation with unregulated or non-licensed products or services that are not permitted under the laws of the country where the event is taking place is strictly prohibited.

  • Registrants take full responsibility for ensuring that their participation, materials, and advertisements comply with local laws and regulations.

  • The Event Organizer shall not be held liable for any claims, issues, or legal consequences arising from non-compliance with local laws, and registrants waive any claims against the Event Organizer in this regard.

 

 

INTERNET BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Scope:
These terms apply to online ticket sales for the event. They complement the general terms and conditions of the Event Organizer.

Order:

  • The order is completed once the user clicks "Complete your Order" on the website conversion-conf.com.

  • Orders cannot be completed without credit card approval.

  • A contract is formed when the Event Organizer confirms the order, sending the ticket via email to the provided address.

Payment Procedures:

  • Accepted credit cards include MasterCard, VISA, UnionPay, JCB, and Maestro.

  • Payment details such as the credit card number, CVV, and expiration date must be entered during booking.

Prices & Discounts:

  • Ticket prices are final, including VAT, with no extra booking or shipping fees.

  • Special discounts are reflected in the ticket prices.

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds are issued within 30 days before the event.

  • 100% refund is given if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the event.

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted via email to operation@conversion-club.com.

  • Free tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Attempts to transfer or resell free tickets will result in cancellation.

 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Data Collection & Usage:
The Event Organizer collects participant data (name, last name, phone number, email) for event-related purposes, including creating badges and wristbands for networking and promotional use.
Participants consent to the processing of this data and understand that it may be publicly available during the event.
If a participant retracts their consent, their data will be deleted but may result in limited services.

Data Processing on the Website:
The website collects and stores log file information automatically from your browser (e.g., browser type, operating system, IP address, and server request time).
Google Analytics is used for analyzing website usage, and participants consent to this by using the website.

 

 

OTHER TERMS

Jurisdiction:
All events will be governed by the laws of Ukraine.

Ticket Policy:
Free tickets are strictly non-transferable. If a ticket is resold or transferred, it will be canceled immediately.
Requests for changes to ticket names or upgrades will not be accepted 2 days before the event.

Booth Artwork & Promotional Materials:
Booth materials must not feature gambling-related content. Words such as "bet," "casino," "jackpot," "gambling," and related images (e.g., poker chips or roulette wheels) are prohibited.
Exhibitors must ensure no materials promote gambling or betting products.
